Who's your favorite suspected psi in history?

Which historical psion (or suspected psion) is your favorite?

johngault22 04-15-2006 01:33 AM

I voted Nostradamus for being my favourite because I like a riddle.

but I think the best of the bunch is good ole Mr Cayce. :D

I'm not sure any of them qualify.

Winged_Wolf 04-15-2006 04:42 AM

That's why they're suspected. Though I would say that Cayce DEFINITELY qualifies.

Rasputin. Anyone who can get shot in the chest, poisoned with enough cyanide to kill ten men, beaten the shit out of with clubs, then die of drowning when the nobles toss his body in the river has my vote.

Rasputin's got nothing on Donald Macbain. He was shot in the service of Britain over three dozen times, stabbed with either bayonet or smallsword a bit more than five dozen times, cut by spadroon, broadsword, or sabre lord knows how many times, had the front half of his skin burned off twice, and launched by a cannonball off a wall. He fought in 52 sieges, 13 battles, 36 prize fights (in his last he killed Ireland's best gladiator with seven wounds without recieving one), and an average of 4-5 duels/rencounters a week.

My vote goes to this guy. He never claimed any sort of paranormal abilities, nor did anybody ever theorize anything of the sort... but honestly, his subconscious must have been doing something.

Michel de Nostredame is my vote he I don't know if was realy a psion... but his predictions were cool.

I'm just beginning reading the third volume of Conversations Of Nostradamus and either you can communicate through time or there is something doing a damned good impression of him, well in the books he is called the greatest psychic of all time by Dolores Cannon so he is(I use the present tense for him because I think he is eternal in my opinon but aren't we all but with him he managed to be it on this plane or a plane very similar to this one) probably a born-on psion to say the least.

to be honest i only know of rasputin and nostradamous can someone fill me in on the rest of the guys?

stoppable408 07-30-2007 12:59 AM
