raw food diets are actually pretty nice, i can't stick with them though.

Many people still think that eating fat will make them fat, and that is so far from the truth. Fat helps fill you up so you are less likely to overeat at a meal or too soon thereafter. As with most things though, more fat doesn’t necessarily make it better for you. Too much fat can add up to too many calories, and the wrong kind of fats can be harmful for your health. For example:Walnuts, Almond Butter, Sardines, Avocado, Olive Oil, Edamame

People have a very little understanding about fats. But they try to stay away from fats. Many foods contain fats due to which it can result in gaining weight. I prefer to go with the guide régime to eat healthy recipes. Thank you for updating my knowledge about fats.
