What do you mean by 'cross fit'? Forgive me but you must have some idea of what it is. I'm not a native English speaker, so perhaps I know what you are talking about in another word.

If you are open to suggestions, then perhaps this:

Using the stairs for 30 minuets(on & off at first, it's really hard. Don't run, bad for the knees unless you know how.).

Push-ups with a full backpack.

& squats- again with a full backpack, it will help with the stairs.

it helped me.

Hmmm... 5 minutes warm up (touch your toes, run on the spot).

10 minutes serious exercuse (push ups, squat thrusts, running on the spot).

5 minutes cool down.

If you can do that every day, then start thinking about a work out course.

MOST IMPORTANT: Don't give up. Injuries and pain happen, accept them, but try a little stretching of the non-injured parts. It's very easy to over do.

Start small... but don't give in. And you wil get there. That is the psionic side... the will to carry on for a healthier body.

Losing flab does WONDERS for your self esteem. But it's a gradual process.

You think I don't know. Well, maybe you're wrong. Maybe I'm wrong.

But assuming you are always right always puts you in the wrong.

Because assume just makes an ass of u and me.

Well this plan seems to be very effective and hopefully it would be. I do like squats because they are best to reduce fat from hips and thighs. Using stairs for 30 minutes seems little bit hard and must need strong commitment. For a beginner its hard to do even 5 push ups without backpack so they can't do any with backpack. First start without backpack and when you buildup enough stamina its time to use backpack.

I find crossfit to be extremely dangerous. People get injured all the time doing crossfit.
