Well, I do things with care, I wouldn't go as far as overload someone's system for a fast result or anything.(yes, I've done that to myself out of frustration) I'm very delicate. I've never had anyone complain about my healing, although most I've done is mostly on a physical level and not an energetic level. Not many I meet are picking real psychic fights.

I like to help, but I like to see what my limit is. Any experimental techniques I do is on myself, but I‘m happy with the technique that I‘ve developed already.

Neveza, you stated that any damage you make you can repair, as a general rule this should more or less be true for each individual psion. However what about a psion that is greater than you? You can't honestly expect to be able to heal damage done on a different scale than your own abilities.

Eh, I can't say I would succeed, but I would still try. Healing is what I am best at of all my skills, regardless if I wasn't the best around, I would be inclined to heal a victim than shield or even attack the attacker. One can't say I can't, until I have actually tried, but statistics seems against me, either way this topic isn't really about whether or not I can, but what I would morally choose to handle such situation. Healing would be that.

However how do you still make that stand when the time comes and someone is seriously injured or even dies because you decided to watch them get beat up so that you can try healing them afterwards?

Personally, I think the situation is overexaggerated though. I've not read or heard of any record of someone dying from a psionic related cause or even getting seriously injured. Quite frankly, I'm a bit skeptical of severity of actual combat, sure I'm fresh when it comes to the dark areas of psionics, but from what I've gathered, will alone can be enough to handle any form of combat related problem.

Anyhow, it really depends on the person. If I dont' like them, then I would wait. If I did like whoever, I probably try helping them shield and heal them during the course. Sure, I'll probably get targeted aftewards, but that's just a risk one has to take. Even try to get back up. Otherwise, I think someone can handle a beating regardless of skill.

no one seems to have explored this idea, but, as for attacking the attacker, why not just attack them physically it seems like that would be distracting enough to stop it during the fight, and if you do enough physical damage it should make the attacker reluctant to try again

Sure, if they happened to be in the same location and walk distance. People can attack others from across the country.

In which case how would we know they were being attacked?

It's on the screen right now, however not all people being attacked can broadcast a message out.
