Dizziness and pain in my back

Hey! I am a college lecturer and I have to stand in lecture rooms for several hours. I love my profession and the interaction with students make me happy. Last week I had severe dizziness associated with pain in my back. My friend told me to get treatment from a corporate wellness clinic in Toronto as soon as possible. I have fixed an appointment for physiotherapy treatment from a nearby clinic. I am really worried. Anybody had an experience like me? Will it be cured soon? Sometimes my back hurt uncontrollably while taking lectures. I want to get rid of this asap. I need some good advice. Thanks in advance.

Beware virii that hide in signatures. Nasty, nasty hackers out there. Usually they appear in Personal Messages, not on a forum.

You think I don't know. Well, maybe you're wrong. Maybe I'm wrong.

But assuming you are always right always puts you in the wrong.

Because assume just makes an ass of u and me.
