Children's dental problem

My niece is only 3. All her new milk teeth are full of cavities. I was very surprised to see that a toddler could have so many cavities. When I shared this incident with my colleagues, one of them told me that his kid also had the same problem and he had taken his kid to a childrens dentistry clinic in Scarborough where his child had no problem whatsoever. They dealt with his kid in the sweetest way possible. I was quite happy to hear about this. He also told me that, the doctors there just filled all the cavities and told him to wait for the teeth to naturally fall off. I was quite happy to know about this. Has anybody experienced this with their kids? Was this the solution for your kids as well? Please tell me more about cavities in toddlers. Thank you.
